Bhopal (MP), Dec 12 (ANI): Outgoing Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Governor Anandiben Patel on Wednesday to submit his resignation. After meeting with the Governor Chouhan took the responsibility of defeat and congratulated Congress state president Kamal Nath.
