By a 5-0 vote, Sacramento County supervisors authorized sending an attestation letter to Gov. Gavin Newsom certifying the county has met all the health requirements to expand Stage 2 reopening. That means restaurants will be able to accept in-person dining, with restrictions, starting Friday, pending approval from the California Department of Public Health.
