CHICKEN HAKKA NOODLES
RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
INGREDIENTS:
For Boiling Noodles
• Noodles 1 packet
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp.
Chicken, spices and vegies:
• Boneless Chicken cut in Julienne ½ kg / 500 gm
• Spring Onion Whites ½ Cup
• Onion Sliced 1 Medium
• Capsicum (Julienne) Medium 1
• Carrot (Julienne) 1 Medium
• Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
• Ginger Chopped 2 tsp
• Spring Onion Greens ½ Cup
• Julienne Cabbage ½ Cup
• Chopped Green Chilies 2 tsp
• Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp + 1 1/2 tsp Or to taste
• Black pepper 1 tsp + 1 tsp
• Red Chili Flakes 1 ½ tsp
• Oil ½ to ¾ Cup
METHOD:
o Boil the noodles with 1 tbsp of oil & 1.5 tsp of salt till it done. It shouldn’t be too much soft. Once boiled, rinse the noodles with cold water 1-2 times and set aside.
o In a wok add oil. When heated on moderate add Ginger and garlic. Before their color changes add chicken with 1 tsp of salt & black pepper, and with 1 tbsp of Vinegar and Soya Sauce. Keep the flame high and stir fry the chicken.
o When the chicken is done, add onions (both) and mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add Carrots and keep mixing.
o Add Capsicum, Cabbage, Noodles and all seasonings. Keep Tossing on high flame. Engaged both hands using spatulas while tossing.
o Lastly add Spring Onions Greens on top and give a last mix.
o Adjust salt and spices according to your taste and serve
RECIPE IN URDU:
AZJA:
Noodles ko boil karne keliye:
• Noodles 1 pack
• Namak 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken ki tayari:
• Boneless Chicken (lambe slices main kati) ½ kg / 500 gm
• Hari Piyaz ka safed hissa ½ Cup
• Piyaz Slices 1 darmiyani size
• Shimla Mirch (Julienne) darmiyani size 1
• Gajar (Julienne) darmiyani size
• Lehsun chopped 2 tbsp
• Adrak chopped 2 tsp
• Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Namak 1 tsp + 1 1/2 tsp Or to taste
• Kali Mirch Powder 1 tsp + 1 tsp
• Kuti Lal Mirch 1 ½ tsp
• Hari Mirch Chopped 2 tsp
• Oil ½ to ¾ Cup
• Hari Piyaz hara hisa chopped ½ Cup
• Band Gobi ½ Cup
METHOD:
o Noodles ko tel aur 1 tsp namak ke sath boil karlen. Zada Naram nahi karna boil karte hue. Jab boil hojaye to us main se 2-3 dafa thanda pani guzar dein. Ab isko elehda rakh dein.
o Karhai main tel shamil Karen and jab darmanyana garam hojaye to adrak lehsun and chicken daal ke bhoon ne. sath main namak and kali mirch shamil kardein (1 tsp each).
o Jab chicken achi tarah pak jaye to is main dono tarah ki piyaz daal ke mix Karen aur iske baad gajar shamil Karen.
o Ab is main Shimla Mirch, Patta Gobi, Noodles aur bachi hue seasonings daal ke tez aanch pe dono haathon se mix karein. Mix karte hue spatula use kare.
o Akhir main hari piyaz ke pattay daal kar last dafa mix kare.
o Dish Out and enjoy kare.
o Namak aur dossray masalae apne taste ke mutabiq adjust kiye jaskate hain.
