When Ubisoft's "Gods and Monsters" video game had its name suddenly changed to the far less poetic "Immortals Fenyx Rising", many questioned the alteration. But by far the most frequent of these questions related to the intellectual property status of the name. Could it have been rejected? Could someone have opposed it?
