Gehu dalia (broken Wheat) 250 grm soaked 3 to 4 hours
-Chanay (Split bengal gram) 250 grm soaked 3 to 4 hours
1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric) 1 tsp
1 tbs namak (salt) 1 tbs
Ingredients:Qorma:
1 kg Beef/Mutton
-Oil 1 Cup
-fried Pyaz (fried Onion) 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste
dahnia powder (coriander) 1 tbs
daarcheeni powder (cinnamon stick)1 tsp
bari elaichi (black cardamom) 2
phool badiyan powder (star anise) 1 tsp
5 to 6 green cardamom-1 black cardamom-1/2 tsp nutmeg mace powder (mix powder)
long (cloves) 7 to 8
dahi (yogurt) 1/2 cup
-Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required
