In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of whole milk and 1 pack of French Vanilla instant pudding, mixing until the mixture is smooth. Set it aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk 2 cups of heavy cream for 30 to 45 seconds, then set it aside.
Add sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture, and then fold in the 2 cups of heavy cream to create a richer pudding. Mix well, and prepare your bananas.
To assemble the banana pudding, start by adding a layer of pudding at the bottom of a serving dish. Follow this with alternating layers of cookies and bananas. Continue layering until the serving dish is filled.
Place the assembled dessert in the refrigerator and allow it to set for at least 2 to 3 hours.
