The weather in Cleveland could be dicey the next few hours. A warm front is pushing in and firing up storms this evening across the state.
As skies try to clear this evening, our storm chances will increase. It looks like the strongest storms will fire up west and south of Cleveland, although all of Ohio has the chance for gusty winds, lightning, heavy rain, pockets of hail, and an isolated tornado. Stay tuned for updates as the evening progresses.
FRIDAY STORM THREAT
- Level 3 out of 5 for much of Northeast Ohio.
- The worst storms will likely be south and west of downtown Cleveland.
- Central Ohio may have the most severe weather this evening.
