Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Dry chilli - 3
Garlic clove - 2
Onion - 1 medium size
Asafoetida - 1pinch
Tomato - 1medium size
Curry leaf - 6 to 7
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Salt - half tbsp
Water - 1 an half cup
4 whistle on high flame
(Cooking time 5 minutes)
2. Cumin Potato fried Rice

Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Green chilli - 3
Bay leaf - 1
Onion - 1 medium size
Potato - 1 medium size
Basumati Rice - 1 cup
Salt - half tbsp
Water - 1 an half cup
Coriander leaf
1 whitsle on high flame
( Cooking time 5 minutes )
3.Cauliflower/Gobhi Masala

Cauliflower - 200gm
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tsp

Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi - half tsp
Salt - half tbsp
Garam masala - 1tsp

4. Brinjal/Baigan fry

Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp

5. Scarlet gourd/Kunduru ki Sukhi Sabzi

Scarlet gourd - 200gm

6. Tomato Chutney

7. Sago/Sabudana and Vermicelli Kheer

Sago- 1 cup (soaked for 8 hrs )
Roasted vermicelli - 1cup
Saffron - 1pinch
Keura water - half tsp
Sugar - 2 cup (as required)
(Cooking time 15 minutes)
8. Roti

Wheat flour - 1cup
Salt - 1tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Lukewarm water as required
