Sometimes we give into peer pressure at work or become complicit in a plan that is simply a bad idea. The worst part of peer pressure or complicity is that we are reprimanded by our supervisors even though we knew better.
That is why it is so important that we hold fast to our own moral compass and resist doing something that goes against our morals or beliefs.

Dr. LaMothe has a Doctorate in Education from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida. She has a background in psychology utilizing two Master of Science degrees in psychology to understand how children and adults learn. SEL is a wonderful combination of education and psychological concepts. So, this channel exists to support the social emotional health of adults and our children.
