In the latest twist to the Prison Gate Controversy, DIG of prisons roopa is likely to submit second report about irregularities in central prison today. DIG Roopa is likely to submit report to DG (prisons) H Sathyanarayana Rao. According to sources, the report is said to contain officer's complaint about special privileges to Sasikala while meeting guests. This also raises questions of whether Sasikala was allowed to meet guests like how she met party cadres in her party office?
There are also suspicions whether a chair and a table were provided for Sasikala even as her visitors sat across her on other chairs. The report also said to contain questions whether CCTV visuals at gates 7 and 8 at the Parappana Agrahara have been wiped out? Rumours have also been fuelled whether CCTV visuals of DIG Roopa's visit to Sasikala's barracks were deleted. There are also rumours whether CCTV records of the DIG questioning junior officers on prison facilities deleted.
