TIPS & POINTERS for Kip Up:
- Pop off the ground FAST with your hands, put some muscle into it to make this move effective.
- Uncoil / Open your hips up to the sky in the middle of the movement, combined with a good push, this helps your body up like a spring.
- Spread your feet wide, and land on your toes! If your kip-up is weak, you can still catch yourself on your feet with the right landing.
- And lastly, with this move, YOU HAVE TO WANT IT to land it. It won't happen by itself, at one point you may come to a wall where you know you need to just do it..so do it!
