However, if we consumed in a wrong way it may be the reason behind many health problems. And the majority of the people drink water in a wrong way. Apparently, there is a right way and a wrong way to drink water. You may be drinking it wrong without knowing it.

1. Chugging instead of sipping - The way water enters your body makes a huge difference. If you drink water too quickly and fast, it will cause your body pee and will flush it at the same speed. When you gulp down the water, it does not get mixed with saliva and it does not help to neutralize the acid. This causes acidity and indigestion.
You may even gain the weight especially the tummy fat.
Drinking it too fast can cause a large intake of air into the body.
Drinking too much often means people need to urinate more, which in extreme cases can lead to problems for the heart and kidneys.
The next time you feel the need to chug remember to sip it slowly.

2. Drinking water after and before meal - We should give enough gaps in between the meal. As when we eat the digestion process starts and the gastric juice helps to break down the food, But if we drink lots of water during this process it will disrupt the digestion process instantly diluting the gastric juice. This way the food does not get digested properly and rots in our Gastrointestinal.
So keep a gap of 30 to 40 minutes before meal and at least 1 hour after the meal to allow body to absorb the nutrients.
Tip: Instead of gulping water, just rinse your mouth with water.
3. Drinking chilled water - Drinking chilled water can cause serious implications on your digestion.
It shrinks the blood vessels and disrupts the digestion process. This is because the body’s focus is diverted from digestion to regulating the body temperature.
It also makes tough to lose weight as it solidifies the fat which is hard to break.
It may also cause joint pain and decrease the heart rate.
