▶Ingredients
100g Tiger prawn (cleaned and blanched)
20g Chilli paste
30g Roasted grated coconut
30g Ground peanut
20g Fried onion
30g Palm sugar
20g Lime
20g Fish sauce
300g Shredded pomelo

▶Preparation
- Mix fish sauce, lime, palm sugar and chilli paste together
- Add Tiger prawns, pomelo, grated coconut
- Topped with fried onion and peanut
