In this role, you will be reporting into the Director of Memberships of this established professional services organisation, which in a nutshell, provides professional support, development, and annual professional pathway programs to a global engaged member base of over 40,000 people.
They’ve been doing what they do for over 20 years and are incredibly well respected within their field. They’re a for profit business, that is focussed on adding value to their community of professionals.
You will be a member of a supportive & fun team that is responsible for rolling out a schedule of events across Asia-Pacific, both professional development as well as networking events. A total of 80 events over the course of a year, most being online. 80% of these are training, learning & development focused with the rest being a mix of networking and social events.
These events are paid through annual subscriptions, with clients ranging from global organisations to smaller SME businesses, so we’re looking or someone who can communicate & engage with a wide variety of people & businesses, and someone who understands the value of professional development and can get these organisations involved.
Skills & experience:
You will be someone from an events and/or training (learning & development) background. Along with working to coordinate the events, you will work with the in-house data analyst, and will use this data to make sure that members are engaging with the program, are they attending all the events which are relevant to them. So a background in events/L&D would be super beneficial.

Have experience in running online events, not just in person
