Cursed Fool's Damp Blood Gem (6) This Blood Gem adds an extra 34.4 percent extra physical damage when at full HP. Obviously I can't tell you where to find these because they are completely random and very rare drops. The only clues we know so far are that they are dropped by the Watcher Chieftain. Note: There may be even more powerful gems out there but this is what I believe the strongest so far discovered.
