Special occasions are when you need a lot of rolls. Your friends and family will really like these, I promise!
Nothing better than homemade yeast rolls! Pan is 11 x 15 inches.
Ingredients:
(Turn light on in oven)
Butter the bake pan or use parchment paper in it.
1 3/4 Cups Water (410 g.)
3 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Powder Milk
5-7 Tablespoons Sugar (depending on how sweet you want them).
5 ¼ Cups All Purpose Flour (760 g.)
3 teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast (Instant Yeast)
4 Tablespoons Butter
Use DOUGH setting on machine.
Divide dough in 1/3s then in halves until 24.
Form into round rolls, brush with melted butter.
Let rolls rise for 1 – 1 ½ hours, covered in oven with light on.
Bake at 375 F. until golden (15-20 minutes).
