Chinese athletes continued to make their way to Brazil on Sunday, just five days before the Rio 2016 Olympic Games get under way.
China's diving team departed Beijing and the country's swimmers and 4x100m relay teams arrived in the Olympic city.
The 13 Chinese divers, seven experienced and six rising stars, will participate in eight events.
Chinese diver Wu Minxia, who has won six Olympic medals including four golds during her illustrious career, is ready for to compete at her fourth Olympics.
"I have thought over all the difficulties. Only if you face up to difficulties can you challenge them. I don't think it's necessary to think about the result. What I need to do is to pay attention to the course of events. If my partner and I can perform our dives well, I think we will get close to the gold medal," said Wu.
China's swimming team and sprint relay teams arrived in Rio on Sunday morning and Sunday evening respectively.
Supporters holding banners and flags welcomed the Chinese delegation as they arrived.
The arrival of Sun Yang, winner of the men's 400m and 1,500m freestyle at the 2012 London Olympics, and 2015 men's 100m freestyle world champion Ning Zetao excited the supporters waiting at the airport.
Sun will participate in the men's 200m, 400m and 1,500m freestyle at the Rio Games.
"I will schedule my training time at night to adjust myself before the Games," said Ning.
China has sent a total of 12 athletes to compete in the men's and women's 4x100m relays at the Games. The sprinters trained together for 45 days before their arrival in Rio.
