Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Defender Chrome Matte Black License Plate Frame. Now, this bold black metal frame with the chrome plated plastic studs command attention and respect when you hit the road. They do use round and diamond shape Chrome studs that'll stand out on the matte black background. You can see it is two pieces.

In other words, the. It is constructed of sturdy materials. The black portion is a nice powder coated finish, which is rust resistant. Then the back portion is a durable ABS plastic insert, which is chrome plated for shine.When you line it up the studs and the pins come through there to give you a nice look. These are engineered to show more plate.

Basically, you can see the slotted installation holes here. This will let you adjust the frame to avoid covering up the state name or registration tag, and it does install using existing mounting hardware. We do also sell mounting hardware separately on our website. You can get stainless steel, anti-theft, and anti-rattle hardware. Available in both standard or metric sizing.

They do even offer fastener. Or we do offer fastener caps that are available to compliment the frame if need be. A few measurements on this, the overall length from one end to the other is 12 1/2 inches long. Or wide, 6 1/2 inches tall, and the thickness of the frame is only about 1/4 of an inch.
