We take on the Dewford Gym and it's trainers who use fighting types including the leader Brawly. To get through this dark gym, just defeat trainers to make the way a lot better. Just use a flying a type or psychic and you are golden. Conan evolves into Pelipper after the match. Once you beat Brawly, he will give you the Storm Badge and the TM08 which is Bulk Up. That raises your Attack and Defensive stats in battle by one stage.
