Welcome to our Weekend Meals channel. Today's Weekend Meals will show you how to make Crispy Chicken Rice (Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ). Crispy Chicken Rice is a popular street food in Vietnam. The chicken’s skin is to be cooked crispy by pouring oil or fat oil to cook the skin. This dish is also serve with either fried rice or tomato fried rice. In this video, I will show you how you can make the crispy chicken, the delicious and fragrant tomato fried rice and of course the dipping sauce to go with the crispy chicken. The result is amazing! You will have a delicious and satisfying meal that you will definitely enjoy!

Ingredients (Recipe)- Crispy Chicken Rice:
6 Quarter Leg Chicken
250g Ginger
100g Shallot
2tsp Salt
2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 stalk Green Onion
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Fried Rice Recipe:
3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Dipping Sauce Recipe:
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Tapioca Starch
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Water
