I want to show you what my typical weekday looks like at the University of Richmond. I am a senior and just starting my own YouTube Channel!
Here is a breakdown of my day: Drinking coffee of course, watching a rugby game, getting ahead on homework, working out, going on a walk with a friend, and eating sushi with friends.
I wanted to share this with you all, this website that I found called AktivMates is amazing! I was able to find a local exercise group that my friend and I were able to join, and I was able to meet someone by going on a walk together! It made the first interaction less awkward and allowed us to be active while getting to know one another.
I had such an amazing day and ended it with my favorite sushi spot in Richmond. Oh, by the way, the website AktivMates gave me ideas of healthy recipes to try, and macro-friendly meals to enjoy post-workout (and yes, sushi was on there)
