Weesp - "Not Over" Zeppelin Records - A BlankTV World Premiere!

Artist Biography: Weesp are standing against the dictation of society’s conservative common values. Weesp music is about finding individuals own path in the endless sea, about hard choices, about dreams and passion, about being different.
They describe their music as Alternative Post Metal
Lex (vocals), Mike (guitar) and Mi (bass) started playing music together in school in 2003.
After recording the second EP 'Taste of Steel' in 2009, the band has finally announced its name - WEESP.
By the beginning of work on the next EP (in 2011) - 'This Will Destroy Us', two more band members - Gul (drums) and Mi's twin brother Stak (electronics) joined the team, to finalize the current structure of WEESP.
In 2015 the band released their first long play album 'The Void', produced by the Wieslawski Brothers at Hertz Records (Behemoth, Decapitated, Vader). The album was released August 20, 2015 and features 13 songs, two singles done in collaboration with Cory Brandan from Norma Jean.
Now Weesp is working on the second album 'Black Sails' coming out early 2018, also produced by the Wieslawski Brothers.
During the album promo campaign Weesp started to name their fans community as Black Sails, and each fan individually as sailor. The ‘Black Sails’ album will stand against the pressure of the society against people who choose to be different, against witch hunting and mass cultural dictatorship.

About the Video: Accompanying video was filmed during 2017 on summer festivals and "Black Sails" tour which took place in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland and Germany.

“Not Over” is about the endless struggle with darkness. With the darkness that lives inside each of us. And in the end it’s about accepting that darkness,coexisting with it, controlling it, making friends with it. That is what gives us strength not to get crazy in that world. That is what makes us black sails.
