It's been reported that ethnic/tribal clashes are very common amongst certain groups in Africa. This attempt to recruit U.S. Afro Americans to go and "build" Africa may end up causing them a lot of problems, especially if they end up getting dragged into local ethnic conflicts that have nothing to do with them.
