Update June 2021, the Ingredient that repels mosquitoes is picadin. I have heard unconfirmed rumours that this is no longer used in skin so soft. Avon do make a product which is sold as an insect repellant which does contain this substance.
They also sell products that contain lemon grass, this is not the same (which is not to say that it doesn't work).
