*PLEASE READ* There are exceptions to every rule (which I'll no doubt hear) but my findings are based on MANY Chinese bikes coming into my shop with similar electrical and bolt snapping problems over the years, premature rusting and sub-standard quality, not just one bike I've owned that happened to run well. I've owned 3 "Champ" bikes for training in 2005 so I have first hand experience from the user side too. Ask ANY non-Chinese bike selling dealer or mechanic and prepare for swearing. Some Japanese bikes are made in China but to their own high quality control systems. Some are just built to a cheap standard :-)
