02:04 We have a lot of religious traditions and doctrines about prayer that are not compatible with Scriptures making our prayer ineffective. “Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye”. Mark 7:13

05:01 Prayer is not an opportunity to inform, poor misinformed God of your situation. (Matthew 6:7-8) He is not misinformed; He knows what’s going on.

08:41 We pray or sing stupid song e.g. “Lord if you are looking below, it is worst now than then”. As if God is not looking nor paying attention of our situation, would that be an insult to God when we pray or sing that way?

10.10 Matthew 6:10-15 is a model prayer, not a New Testament prayer nor a prayer that one has to recite. In the new covenant we are to pray in Jesus name.

13:24 In prayer, start and end with praise, slip your request in between. This approach to God will not keep you overwhelm with the impossibility of your situation

15:27 We are to pray for God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Mark 6:10

18:01 Father already provided what you need, reach out and take what is yours. Boldly come in and receive what is yours. “…give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors”. (Matthew 6:11-12)

20:26 Before getting into the heart of what prayer is we need to know what prayer is not. Most believe God can heal but struggle to be healed. Most believe we suppose to have joy and peace but are not walking in it. How is prayer working for you?
