This video addresses the Arctic Alpine 12 fan-less CPU Cooler for both the Intel and AMD platforms. While these heatsinks have a recommended TDP of 47W, in this video, both heatsinks were tested with CPUs that exceed the recommended TDP. However, the results are interesting to say the least, and proves that some manufacturers are capable of launching products that are affordable yet offer great quality and performance
