Here is a test video that I shot in one day in Park City, UT with the brand new Sony RX100 Mark V. I edited and graded in Davinci Resolve. I used a top specs Macbook Pro 15" with a thunderbolt drive and it was a nightmare. Almost impossible to playback in real time. I think the files are too compressed. Next time I will just convert everything in Prores. Slowmo shots are 120fps 1080 100mb while the rest is 4k 24fps 100mb. Slog 2. No accessories, no tripod, no slider. Everything was shot handheld. I'm very impressed with this camera to be honest. Maybe a bit too small but wow, this thing is a little beast!
