LowePro Slingshot Edge 250 AW - What's in my lightweight vlogging bag?
So let's just go over some of the key features of the lowepro slingshot Edge 250
And then after that I will show you the equipment and I take out with me and how I organise it in this bag.
So it's basically made to take a DSLR with a lens attached one or two extra lenses and flash, tablet accessories and you can shoot straight out of the bag by easily accessing the camera from the side pocket.
so that is one of the massive benefits of a sling bag that you can just swivel it round and get into the bag without actually taking it off your back .
Now I really like the fact that this bag is incredibly Slim in design. This means when I'm crawling through the Woodlands looking for wildlife it's ob a lot easier than the more bulky bags.
Now your equipment will stay safe within the bag because it's got fully padded divider system
And in bad weather in a downpour your equipment is still safe because it does have an all-weather cover
that's really essential with these bags a lot of sling bags they have water repellent fabric but not waterproof so with the all-weather cover you are are covered.
The slingshot Edge 250 is made from n100 nylon with uts coating N21 0 d Oxford nylon stretch polyester…….. if you don't understand what any of that means I don't basically it's really good fabric………... and I have already taken it out in the rain and haven't used the all-weather cover yet.
Tripod straps for carrying small tripods like a gorillapod or a monopod.
So it really is designed for when you want to keep things light and easy.
let's quickly have a look at how I make this sling bag work for me.
As you know my main Vlogging camera is the GoPro Hero 9 and that's on the GoPro fusion stick
I also take with me the GoPro 360 Max Camera
As you know if you follow my channel I do like to capture wildlife and whenever I don't bring a camera with a long lens I regret it.
So the best all-rounder for video and camera work with a long lens is the Panasonic fz2000
I also take a pair of binoculars of course extra batteries for all cameras microphones rode wireless go and a Sony recorder And a manfrotto monopod
And not forgetting a bottle of water
So all this has to be packed into this tiny sling bag.
And this is how we do it the extra cables and batteries going here.
and then the FZ 2000 goes in there.
Moving to the large section at the top of the bag I've got some YouTube business cards here zipped compartment at the back and that's got stretchy fabric on it
Then the binoculars go in the GoPro 360 Max just goes next to the binoculars
now I don't carry a tablet or an iPad around with me so I use this pocket for my microphones and the remote control that's it for the large zip pocket
on the side there is a stretchy pockets for water
now this pocket on the front I really like because I can fit the GoPro Hero 9 on the Fusion group straight down into this pocket just like that
and there is a place for keeping me keys and an anchor point in there as well and then the tripod straps keep the manfrotto monopod in place .
Now we all have different camera equipment
So this bag might not be right for you however
if you carry similar equipment to me.and are interested in keeping it lightweight maybe The lowepro slingshot Edge 250 all-weather sling bag is also the one for you.
