Milhouse has been born into an unlucky life and has been bullied for the most of it. Finally his parents decide to send him to a psychiatrist but Milhouse doesn't seem to like it and then we see why he needs a psychiatrist. And then there's Bart Simpsons, what did he do this time?
So this video was pretty straight forward, most of the work was just looking for complimentary clips. There was a little bit of rotoscoping, where Milhouse is laughing maniacally, and the opening clip with the windows lighting up. Not much else to this video.
