Energy Bar Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds.
- 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds.
- 150 grams of dried apricots.
- 150 grams of dates.
- 100 grams of walnut.
- 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

00:00 - Today we are going to make a sugar-free energy dessert with cereal and dried fruit!
00:21 - Roast pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
00:52 - Rinse the dried fruit with boiling water.
01:21 - Dry the apricots and dates.
01:41 - Slice and peel the dried fruit.
02:50 - Chop 100 grams of walnuts.
03:22 - Grate the zest of the orange.
03:43 - Mix dates and apricots with a blender.
04:07 - Blend all the grains and nuts.
04:38 - Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, if desired.
05:12 - Lightly toast the sesame seeds.
