Mark survived a self-inflicted and intentional bullet to the brain and woke from a coma months later fully blind. He later went on a journey of therapy and recovery after realizing that he was repressing a childhood memory. Mark wants others to know that it is possible to recover from trauma no matter how devastating the present may appear.
