This recipe is a great snack or dessert during those hot summer days and is a personal favourite of mine. Even better you can have it without the guilt. Its simple to make with only 3 ingredients frozen fruit, high protein yoghurt and your choice of flavored protein powder. The other great thing about this is you can make so many different flavours as you can use different berries or frozen fruit and different protein powders. So find a combination you love. 1 scoop/ 30g Vanilla Protein (I use Muscle Nation Vanilla ice cream whey protein)
250g High Protein Plain Yoghurt
250g Frozen Strawberries
If you prefer the consistency when fresh made here is the ingredients size for an individual serve.
