Push has to be one of my favourite songs that The Cure have ever written. Head on the Door was the second vinyl I ever bought, and I fell in love with Push as soon as I heard it when I was 13.
I’ve always wanted to cover it, but never had the right equipment to do so. I’ve tried to do a semi stripped back acoustic version, which is my personal take on it (therefore it doesn’t sound exactly like the original). Yet I still wanted to include the intro, because it’s a major part of the song, I do sing I promise!
