Paneer Chilli Recipe:
Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
2) 2 tablespoons of oil
3) 200 gram of paneer cubes
4) 100 gram of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot)
5) 1 slit green chilli
6) 2 cup (300ml) water
7) Chopped Spring onion for garnishing
Method:
00:00 Cut cubes of the paneer
Add 3 tsp (20g) Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala to 2 cups (300ml) water & mix well.
00:25 Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & stir-fry the diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 slit green chilli (add more if you want it hot) for 2-3 minutes. Add the paneer cubes. Stir Fry.
00:57 Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to a boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.
1:19 Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
