Just something I have been playing around with, not sure if there are any other videos with people reloading like this...maybe there is a reason XD Anyway, hope it helps.

I understand this method would probably not work as well with a real steel, due to not having that extra hand for recoil stability, but the recoil on gel blasters isn't as hard as real steel so it shouldn't effect your accuracy too much.
