Santa got us a RoadPro 12V Oven for Christmas ( [ Ссылка ] ). It's going to be great for when we are driving the trailer down south for the winter. We can make nice hot meals for lunch and dinner. It will also work nice with our Solar generator array. It takes a lot longer to cook than your convention oven, but you're driving anyway. We tested it making vegetable lasagna and cornbread.
