All you need is a silicon microwave popcorn popper (make sure it has a vented top!), popcorn kernels of your choice (we prefer Jolly Time's American's Best Non-GMO), Mediterranean Sea Salt, Sunflower Oil (we use Spectrum Cullinary's Organic Sunflower Oil), and butter or margarine to melt.
Pour a teaspoon of sunflower oil into the base of the popper, add kernels, and mix. Place in microwave for 3:25. Once it's finished, puff any steam by pressing the top of the popper, then open the lid. Melt your butter for 25 seconds, then drizzle it on the popcorn, salt to taste, and enjoy!
