Jessie Reyez’s star is on the rise, and she just nabbed a Grammy nomination this year for Best Urban Contemporary Album for “Being Human in Public.”
“Extra” Senior Music Correspondent Adam Weissler talked to Jessie about attending the Grammys and she called it an “affirmation of her childhood dreams,” adding that as a kid she always asked herself, “Why am I not there? I need to hustle to get there.”
She also talked about how hard she’s worked to get her music out there, adding that she’s dropping her debut album in March. Watch!
