If you're a harder gainer trying to build muscle here's one supplement I've been taking to help naturally boost my testostrone. Although I do try to eat fish in my diet when I can, typically this isn't a mainstay in my diet as salmon can be quite expensive, and I'm not a balling fitness influencer yet. And omega-3 fatty acid rich foods like salmon have been linked to higher testosterone levels which is why supplment my diet by taking 5 grams of fish oil every day.
