Just one day after Novilee Williams criticized the mayor and argued with a city staffer at a council meeting in the small city of Tarrant, police showed up at her door with arrest warrants. Williams, 79, was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment. This video does not show the arrest, but the incident that caused the arrest. At the end a police officer can be seen coming to collect Williams' information.
