Mars, Incorporated is part of the European FLAVIOLA project, which has just released two new studies on cocoa flavanols and cardiovascular health — building on Mars’ 20+ years’ experience in this field. The studies, called “Health” and “Age”, show that consuming cocoa flavanols lowers blood pressure and increases the elasticity of blood vessels in healthy people.
