Watch me make a delicious raspberry lamington cake using the Woolworths untitled slab sponge cakes. Using the baked cakes makes the process so easy and the end result is a show stopper!
For the buttercream recipe:
185g unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups icing sugar
Dash of vanilla
(I doubled the quantities for the cake shown in the video)
Whip the butter with the vanilla until it’s light and fluffy, then gradually add the icing sugar until it’s well incorporated. Colour whatever shade you like.
For the chocolate sauce:
2 cups pure icing sugar
1/3 cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 cup water
