A landlord’s worst nightmare is a careless, hostile, or angry tenant who destroys the rental property.

Usually, these types of tenants believe they have nothing to lose and sometimes seek revenge on the "mean" landlord by causing thousands of dollars in damage to the structure and breaking or stealing appliances.
