Bill de Blasio is full of hot air, according to New York Post columnist Steve Cuozzo. In this edition of "Cut the BS, with Cuozzo," the outspoken writer sounds off on the Democratic mayor of the Big Apple, from his subway-riding stunt to his gaffe about expecting a parade for his hard work. "He thinks he's so great," quips Cuozzo. "He doesn't want to be mayor. He wants to be president. He's already talking about running for president!"
