Sephiroth!!

Ok after playing him for a couple more hours, he's def solid! Not broken or anything as many thumbnails have guided you to believe, but good! Also super fun which is arguably most important

Up air, uptilt, upsmash, neutral b, side b, up b are all very fun moves! as long as you're not on the receiving end...

Also my bad for not using Final Fantasy Music, i'm a bit scared it'll get removed ):
