Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp ghee
1 cup milk
½ cup semolina
2 pods cardamom powder
Instructions:
1. Boil sugar in water for 5 minutes then cover with a lid and remove from heat
2. In a pan, add ghee, milk and stir in semolina
3. Continuously stir until the semolina has absorbed the milk
4. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down
5. Mix in cardamom powder and Knead for 3 minutes
6. Create 9 round gulab jamun shape
7. Deep fry in low-medium heat until golden brown
8. Transfer the suji gulab jamun to the syrup pot
9. Soak for 30 minutes before serving
10. Ready to Enjoy!
