I know I made a top 11 favorite characters like a week ago but I have now finished season 4 of the show. (I may be to obsessed and addicted to this show. Haha.) So since there are new characters that got introduced, some went through character development and my favorite characters has changed I had to make an updated version of my favorite characters from 13 Reasons Why! I do not own any of the clips. They belong to Netflix and the actors.
