Today's video is a little different from our usual climate crisis and sustainability videos (but I do loop it in, dw) - I'm talking about my Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS. 🌸
I was prescribed the birth control pill to manage my PCOS, but because the side effects started to take over my life, I am now managing my PCOS without medication. 🌸
2 years later, I got my period back! 🌸
