Get a lot of questions regarding what I eat during entire day so I thought I’d make a full day of eating video in nepali for my nepali brother out there! This is what a typical day look like when I’m maintaining my weight. I’m a high school drop out but most of you watching this video is student & everything I ate here is on budget, easily affordable for any middle class family person! And most of the meal that I ate can easily be prepare at hometown you can eat them in college canteen (with the exception of a few thing that you might have to buy egg, soya chunk,peanut butter) Are carb bad for you? Should you eat rice at night? No carbs aren’t bad for you and when you eat what doesn’t mater too much. At the end of the day, the only thing that matter is yours total calories intake at the end of the day. Nothing is more important than food and nutrition when you’re trying to transform yourself. If you’re an skinny and if you have fast metabolism, I feel you, it’s extremely difficult for an ectomorph to put on muscle mass and weight, but don’t let that discourage you! Put in the effort to eat food , prepare your meals, if no one’s there to make food for you, sacrifice a bit fun time, put in that extra effort!
